Talk to us
Four addresses, all read by a person. We answer everything that isn't a press release about a game that doesn't launch here.
Where to send what
- General — [email protected]Anything that doesn't fit below. Questions, complaints, arguments about a score. Reply within a couple of days, usually the same day.
- Tips — [email protected]Tournament dates, a shop pulling a stunt on pricing, a patch that broke something on a phone nobody tests on. We'll tell you whether we're chasing it, either way.
- Corrections — [email protected]Goes to all three of us. If you're right, the piece gets fixed and a note goes at the bottom saying what changed.
- Privacy — [email protected]Access, correction, deletion or export of your data. Actioned within 30 days, no charge, and we won't ask you why.
Sponsorship
The newsletter has one sponsor slot per issue and we sell it directly — write to [email protected] with what you're selling and who you want to reach. Before you do, read how we work: sponsors don't see copy before it runs, don't get approval over anything, and never receive the subscriber list. If those terms don't suit, we'll save you the email.
Review codes
We're happy to receive them, and we'll say in the review that we got one. What we won't do is agree to conditions in exchange — no approved angles, no embargo on the score, no early look in return for a tone. Send codes to [email protected].
We're most interested in games that are actually playable here: reasonable install size, servers that don't route through three continents, and a price that makes sense in rupees.
Where we are
Karachi, Pakistan, with one of us usually in Lahore. There's no office to visit — it's three people and a group chat that got out of hand. Postal and registration details are available by email if you need them for a formal request.
Response times
We aim for two working days on everything, and 30 days maximum on privacy requests because that's the commitment in the privacy policy. If a week goes by without an answer, assume the email got lost and send it again — that's not us being polite, it genuinely happens.
The Friday email
Ten stories. One email. Friday, 8pm.
The week's news, one review, one guide, and the local tournament calendar. Written by the same three people who write everything else here. If it's a slow week, we send you a short email — not a padded one.
Free, and it stays free. One tap to leave, from any issue. Read the privacy policy and terms.
